This meeting will take place online via Microsoft Teams but other platform or phone calls are available.

Please take note of the following terms before proceeding with your booking request:

Completing this form does not guarantee or confirm a booking. We will be in touch within 7 working days to confirm the trip, subject to availability.
Education tickets are non-refundable. However, if a cancellation is received in writing at least 14 days prior to your visit then we will endeavour to re-schedule your booking if there is availability to do so in the same academic year.
Final numbers for all visits must be confirmed no later than two weeks before your visit or at the time of payment if you pay more than two weeks in advance. Any additional tickets required are subject to availability.
Your trip must be paid in full at least two weeks before your visit by BACS or credit/debit card payment. We do not accept cheques or cash payments. Changes to bookings cannot be made once the trip has been paid for.

Workshops are free from September to February half term holidays. the rest of the academic year, workshops are charged at £45 per workshop. Workshops capacity is 35 students.
